01

Operator, eligibility and authorization

Ark Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. operates ArkIndMarket. Contact: info@arkindmarket.com; registered address: Wanyang Maker City, Langxia Subdistrict, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, China. The current supplier application is for businesses registered in mainland China and represented by an authorized adult applicant. Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, overseas entities and other unsupported entity types are not automatically eligible through this application. Do not use another business’s documents or invent an identity to bypass eligibility. Supplier participation is subject to the Platform Terms, this policy and applicable law.

02

One company and its employee accounts

A supplier account may operate only one company legal entity. That company may invite authorized employees and assign role-based access. Employee accounts remain associated with the same company and cannot be used to operate another legal entity, bypass verification or evade enforcement. The company is responsible for granting and withdrawing permissions, ensuring employees act within authority and reporting compromised accounts. Ownership or legal-entity changes require platform review, not an informal account transfer.

03

Verification before publication

Provide genuine, current registration information, the required registration identifier, business licence, company descriptions, authorized contacts, logo and other requested evidence. The platform may request supplements, clarification or reverification and must be able to verify your authority. Account registration alone does not authorize public company or product publication. A company must satisfy verification and operating-status requirements, and submitted content must meet its publication requirements. Verification is a scope-limited review of company information, not government approval of the supplier or certification of every product.

04

Storefront and product revisions

Keep a short company introduction and a fuller company description, accurate capabilities and the business contact details you intend to publish. Use brand and product images you own or may use. Reviewed public versions and new drafts are separate: a submitted storefront change does not automatically replace an approved live version. Relevant updates are reviewed before publication; rejection or a request for information must be addressed before the new version can go live. Material company changes may also affect verification or operating status and can require withdrawal of an outdated public page. Do not describe a pending revision as already approved.

05

Accurate listings and commercial information

State what the item or service actually is, whether you manufacture or trade it, its model and key specifications, units, minimum quantity, relevant price basis, availability and reasonable lead time. Explain customization and installation requirements, warranty limits, excluded freight or taxes and applicable safety documentation. Keep images representative; do not pass generic, altered or AI-generated material off as evidence of an actual factory, certificate or supplied item. Claims about performance, certifications, capacity, origin and prior customers must be supportable. Do not manipulate categories, keywords, prices or stock to mislead buyers or search engines.

06

Prohibited and controlled activity

Do not offer unlawful goods or services, counterfeit or stolen goods, forged documents, unauthorized weapons, illegal drugs, exploitation-related material, malware or tools promoted for unlawful intrusion or fraud. Controlled chemicals, hazardous materials, dual-use items, export-controlled equipment and other restricted industrial goods require the applicable authority, licences, disclosures and lawful destination/end-use arrangements; do not list them as ordinary unrestricted products or use the platform to bypass a restriction. Do not mislabel goods, conceal origin or end use, facilitate money laundering or circumvent applicable trade controls. The platform may restrict a category it cannot safely support, even where a particular transaction could otherwise be lawful.

07

Intellectual property, advertising and reviews

Respect trademarks, copyright, designs, patents, trade secrets and personality rights. Do not use another company’s logo or documents without permission. Clearly identify paid promotion when required and substantiate advertising claims. Do not purchase fabricated reviews, impersonate buyers, threaten reviewers or offer undisclosed incentives for favorable comments. Product comments are moderated plain text and cannot contain links, HTML, Markdown or private contact details. Report suspected infringements with specific locations and evidence and cooperate with notices and lawful counter-notice procedures.

08

Inquiries, quotations and customer information

Read the buyer’s actual requirements and respond accurately within your capacity. Use received contact details and documents only for the authorized sourcing relationship and other lawful disclosed purposes. Do not sell leads, harvest contact information, send unrelated bulk advertising or expose another party’s drawings or personal data. A shared or platform-assigned request is not an exclusive sales lead or a guarantee of an order. Restrict employee access appropriately and protect downloaded copies. Keep quotations, assumptions, validity periods and subsequent changes attached to the business record.

09

Online orders, fulfilment and after-sales

Online ordering sends the product, quantity and requirements to the supplier and links a business conversation. It does not confirm payment, authorize shipment or guarantee the buyer’s acceptance of every proposed term. Confirm the contracting parties, final specifications, price, taxes, freight, trade terms, inspection, delivery, payment, warranty and cancellation/refund arrangements in writing. Fulfill lawful commitments, issue required documents and invoices, communicate changes promptly and cooperate with complaints, recalls and legitimate remedies. Platform-managed online payment and escrow are disabled; do not advertise ArkIndMarket as guaranteeing an off-platform payment or refund or fabricate a platform payment confirmation.

10

AI tools and external integrations

Use your own authorized API connections and review their costs and data disclosures. SEO optimization may send a current product draft to the chosen AI provider; country-market reports use the authorized public company/product snapshot and configured search and AI services. Remove information you are not authorized to share. AI text, translations, market rankings and marketing recommendations must be checked for accuracy, rights, safety and local requirements before use. They do not establish regulatory approval, actual demand or guaranteed revenue. Enterprise-WeChat notifications must be directed only to an authorized company channel, not used to expose buyer data publicly.

11

Enforcement, linked employees and appeals

The platform may request correction, reject a revision, remove a listing, suspend company operation and linked employee access, or close an account for supported violations, fraud, security risks or grounds permitted by applicable law. Serious or urgent risks may require immediate action. Creating another account or using an employee account to evade a restriction is prohibited. Where lawful and safe, we will state the reason and a correction or appeal route; send an appeal with the decision reference and supporting evidence through workspace support or info@arkindmarket.com. Restoring access requires review, not merely a resubmission. Necessary existing business and dispute records remain subject to authorized access and legal retention; restrictions do not cancel outstanding responsibilities.

12

Changes and continuing obligations

Notify the platform of changes to legal identity, registration, authority, relevant licences or other facts affecting eligibility. Stop offering items you cannot lawfully supply and correct misleading information promptly. New paid platform services require prior disclosure and agreement; no automatic subscription or commission is created by this policy. Material rule changes will be notified with an effective date as required. Cooperation with pending transactions, legitimate complaints, confidentiality, intellectual-property and lawful record-retention obligations can continue after public listings or account access end.
