For suppliers
Start with an account and a company application. Your workspace shows verification requirements, submitted products, inquiries, quotations, orders and conversations. New online orders include the product details and open a buyer conversation.
Ordering and payment
Online ordering sends your order details directly to the supplier and opens the communication center. Confirm final specifications, freight, delivery and payment arrangements there. Online payment collection is currently unavailable, and submitting an order does not mean it has been paid. ArkIndMarket does not confirm or protect off-platform payments.
