Product details
This machine is designed for manufacturing rubber bands from TPE, TPU, and TPR materials. It features a single-screw extruder with a 50 mm screw diameter and a 28:1 L/D ratio. The screw is made of 38CrMoALA and rotates at 70 rpm. The machine is powered by an 11 kW motor and supports voltages of 380 V, 440 V, 220 V, and 110 V. Key components include the screw, gearbox, PLC, gear, and motor. The unit has dimensions of 9000 x 1000 x 2000 mm and weighs 1500 kg. It offers customization based on drawings, samples, or full customization, with customizable color and voltage. A machinery test report and video outgoing-inspection are provided. The warranty is 1 year.
